Voiceout Campaign

Client:

Soutilaahi

Year:

2018

The Voiceout Campaign was initiated by Khalid and Ainun from Sout ilaahi. This campaign aimed to raise awareness about domestic violence, spanning a duration of 5 months. The campaign encompassed discussions, events, and culminated in a night festival. Although the project was a collaborative effort among design volunteers, I undertook the role of art direction and project supervision. The branding ingeniously incorporated the 'V' of voice and 'O' of out, with the 'V' symbolizing a Loudhailer, leading to a creative exploration of shapes across various collaterals. Our impactful Ad poster gained significant traction. Leveraging the symbolism of Henna (Mehendi) as representative of marriage in many Asian cultures, we strategically placed abusive texts amidst the henna patterns to convey a powerful message.
